What genre do you go to first when visiting the library?

(Gesselle): When entering a library I prefer to go straight to the Young Adult(YA) section, I feel like you are never too old for this section. Young Adult books have a special place in my heart ❤️ - SERIOUSLY. But, with that said I am going to try to open up to different genres. Hopefully, I will have some good results with this experience. Unfortunately, we left empty handed because our commute from our University to Home is too long we decided to not add any more weight and just wait. Mini True Story: The book I always want is on the top shelf - hard to reach.
(Nia) : Hey guys! Now when entering a library I head to anything with a hot guy on the cover, lol. But on a serious note, I enjoy many genres- Romance, Horror, Supernatural, Mystery- Thrillers and Some Historical text. I'm very outgoing when it comes to reading and try anything if it sounds good. At the moment I don't need any more books to read because I'm working on a new novel plus the books I've already stated in my last post.

I usually head to the YA section first! I do enjoy a good psychological thriller or horror as well!

DeleteI do love romance and seeing the hot guy at the front cover. I’m a sucker for pretty covers but recently I’ve been drawn to thrillers. I want to read more genres this year and mix it up. I haven’t been in a library for a looooong time as I wouldn’t read the book fast enough to return.
ReplyDeleteI usually go to the Children's section first for my toddler haha. Then we go up and visit the fantasy section, the young adult secion and the English section. Might also head further up to the children english section (like 4 half shelves).
